Vancouver, BC - July 1, 2007 - Along with the launch of news services Silo Networks has launched their newly designed website and internet portal. Customers can now interact with Silo Networks Sales and Support through easy to use, automated, portal; accessing information like open support cases, documentation, and knowledge bases.

"The improvements have been designed to increase the quality of how customers interact with Silo Networks. From information gathering during the sales process to methods available to access our support system" said President, Ryan Stratton.

The knowledge base allows customers to search for resolution to common problems, submit new trouble tickets, review open cases, and revisit information from past experience.
